Ferrari has officially pulled the wraps off its next-generation flagship, the 2026 F80, ushering in a new chapter for the marque’s legendary hypercar lineage. As the sixth entry in a storied family that began with the 288 GTO and includes icons like the F40 and LaFerrari, the F80 stands as the brand’s most ambitious and technologically advanced road car to date.

At its core, the F80 is powered by a cutting-edge 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 engine, augmented by three electric motors for a staggering total output of 1,184 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. The configuration sends power to all four wheels, with two electric motors driving the front axle and a third integrated between the engine and the eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Ferrari claims the F80 can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.15 seconds and on to 200 km/h in 5.75 seconds, while top speed is electronically capped at 350 km/h.

The car’s aerodynamic prowess is equally impressive, delivering up to 2,315 pounds of downforce at 250 km/h, thanks in part to active aero elements and an automatically deploying rear wing.

Inside, the F80 features a distinctive asymmetrical two-seat cockpit, carbon-fiber wheels, and Multimatic 48-volt active suspension to adapt to any driving conditions. Only 799 units will be produced, each priced around R54 million, with U.S. deliveries beginning in early 2026.

Ferrari’s “Forever” programme will also guarantee long-term battery support for owners, reinforcing the F80’s status as a future classic.
