Former Prasa chief executive Lucky Montana will hold a special media briefing at midday today to address allegations surrounding his tax affairs. The event is set to take place at the Inter-Continental Hotel at OR Tambo International Airport.

Montana, now a Member of Parliament, announced the briefing on social media, saying he intends to: “separate fact from fiction” and insisting he does not owe the South African Revenue Service: “even a cent.” The briefing follows mounting speculation about his tax compliance, which Montana has dismissed as false.

He said all related issues will be clarified during his statement scheduled for 12:00 today.
