Residents in Rockville, Soweto say Thokoza Park has become a danger zone after a series of violent panga attacks, including a recent killing. Victims have been ambushed at night and robbed of phones and bags, leaving the community fearful to walk through the area.

Police have confirmed a murder case and several robberies linked to the park. Despite increased patrols and one recent arrest in a related incident, residents say they no longer feel safe after dark.
