Comment from Frans Cronje: Accounting for margin of error these figures remain very close to the May 2024 election results for the ANC and DA. What that conceals is that the gap between the two parties now stands at 11 points. There was a point towards the end of the first quarter of 2025 where that gap had closed to within 4 points.
