Three men, aged 35 between 44, were found dead with gunshot wounds outside Butterworth in the Eastern Cape early on Tuesday. The bodies were discovered by a local resident at Tholeni Location near Cunningham Bridge.

Police have opened a murder investigation but no arrests have been made. Authorities are appealing for any information that may help solve the case.
