Cell C is preparing to list on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, with shares expected to be admitted on 27 November 2025. The move follows an announcement earlier this month outlining a private placement of existing shares as part of a wider effort to stabilise the mobile operator’s finances.

Parent company Blue Label Telecoms says the listing will improve transparency, broaden ownership, and bolster Cell C’s market standing after years of financial strain, even as the operator works to simplify its balance sheet.
