A Cape Town family is devastated after the grave of their elderly relative, Lillian Jacobs, was desecrated. The coffin at Maitland Cemetery was opened, and a gold chain, buried with her, was stolen. The perpetrators reportedly pried open her mouth in search of gold dentures. Police are investigating, but no arrests have been made yet.
