Two men have been charged after a pepper spray attack linked to a suitcase robbery at Heathrow Airport. Police say a noxious substance was released in the Terminal 3 car park on Sunday, after two women were robbed of their luggage.

Ambulance crews treated 21 people, including a three-year-old girl, and five were taken to hospital. The suspects, aged 31 and 24, are accused of robbery and administering a noxious substance and are due to appear at a London magistrates court.
