Madibeng Mayor’s Bodyguards in Court for Murder of Air Force Sergeant

Two bodyguards attached to Madibeng mayor Douglas Maimane have appeared in the Pretoria Magistrates’ Court on murder charges.

The men are accused of killing South African Air Force Sergeant Michael Swanton during a January incident involving an unmarked vehicle. The case was postponed for a formal bail application.
