Madlanga Inquiry Set to Deliver Initial Findings in December

The first report of the Madlanga Commission is expected to be submitted by 17 December, according to filings before the Pretoria High Court. The timeline was revealed during the case brought by the MK Party and Jacob Zuma challenging the legality of the inquiry.

Chaired by retired Constitutional Court justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga, the commission has been examining allegations of political interference, criminal networks, and corruption within South Africa’s policing and justice institutions.
