Russia and Ukraine have carried out a fresh prisoner of war exchange, with dozens of captives released by each side in the latest swap between the two countries.

The exchange marks one of the largest such operations in months and comes as diplomatic efforts to stabilise the conflict continue, despite no broader ceasefire agreement being reached.
