Seven people died on Monday when a sedan collided head on with a light delivery vehicle on the N12 between Ogies and Emalahleni. One vehicle reportedly veered into oncoming traffic, killing everyone in both cars.

Authorities from Mpumalanga’s Community Safety Department and the Road Traffic Management Corporation are investigating. Officials say reckless or negligent driving has not been ruled out.
