Six SANDF soldiers accused of involvement in the murder of Lieutenant Colonel Frans Mathipa have failed to surrender after their bail was denied. The Johannesburg High Court issued warrants for their arrest when they did not comply with the order to report to police custody.

The soldiers are linked to the ongoing investigation into Mathipa’s murder, with their bail revocation following a state appeal.
