The police fiancée of Wiandre Pretorius has been served with a notice of intended suspension as SAPS reviews her conduct following Pretorius’s death at a Brakpan petrol station over the weekend. An internal disciplinary process is now under way.

Pretorius was a person of interest in matters before the Madlanga Commission, and investigations into the circumstances surrounding his death are continuing.
