World Rugby has unveiled its Men’s 15s Dream Team of the Year for 2025, with South Africa once again dominating the selection after another commanding season on the international stage.

Six Springboks made the final fifteen, led by newly crowned Men’s 15s Player of the Year Malcolm Marx. The hooker headlines an all South African front row alongside Ox Nché and Thomas du Toit, a testament to the set piece power that underpinned the world champions’ back-to-back Rugby Championship titles and their unbeaten November run thus far (the Springboks play Wales on Saturday in their final game of the year).

Pieter-Steph du Toit, a two-time Player of the Year, is recognised in the back row, while flyhalf Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu and winger Cheslin Kolbe complete the Bok contingent. Marx, Nché, Du Toit, and Kolbe all retain their places from 2024, underscoring South Africa’s consistency at the top of the sport.

New Zealand contributes fullback Will Jordan and scrumhalf Cam Roigard, while Australia’s Len Ikitau and Harry Wilson are also included. England’s Maro Itoje and Tom Curry feature in the tight five and loose trio respectively. Scotland centre Huw Jones, France winger Louis Bielle-Biarrey, and Ireland lock Tadhg Beirne, another repeat selection, round out the side.
