He then explains how the ANC has played a direct role in allowing violent crime in South Africa to spiral out of control and how the ANC historically offered tacit and direct support to organised criminal elements. He goes on and talks about and how in the post-democratic dispensation the ANC has allowed violence of all types to become normalised in South African society.
