Hegseth Under Fire Over Deadly Caribbean Boat Strike

The White House says US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth authorised a deadly September strike on a suspected Venezuelan drug smuggling boat in the Caribbean, confirming he empowered Admiral Frank Bradley to carry out the operation.
