A man tragically drowned at Table Bay Harbour yesterday morning, with emergency services recovering his body from the water at D-Berth, Duncan Dock. A five-year-old boy, found with the man, was rescued and taken to hospital in stable condition. Authorities have opened an inquest to determine the cause of the incident.
