Limpopo police say a 47-year-old Zimbabwean national was found stabbed to death while seated in the driver’s seat of his red Ford Ranger at Ivydale plot in Westenburg on 13 January 2026.

Two suspects were arrested, with one allegedly assaulted by community members and now in hospital under police guard. Police opened a separate assault case linked to the mob attack.
