Putin Tells Europe He Is Ready For War As NATO Meets

Russian president Vladimir Putin has told European leaders that Russia is ready for war, accusing them of blocking a potential peace deal for Ukraine that would freeze current front lines and curb Kyiv's military.

The warning came as NATO foreign ministers met in Brussels to plan longer term backing for Ukraine, vowing to strengthen air defenses and ammunition supplies while rejecting territorial concessions to Moscow.
