Solidarity Billboard Removed in Johannesburg Ahead of G20

A Solidarity billboard along the M1 South in Johannesburg saying that South Africa is the most race-regulated country in the world was removed today by city officials. The removal comes as G20 delegates begin arriving.

Solidarity called the move censorship and said it would pursue legal action. Government officials defended the decision, arguing the advert was provocative and non-compliant with city by-laws.
