Parliament has granted another extension for the ad hoc committee investigating Lt-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi’s allegations of corruption and criminal infiltration of the justice system. Lawmakers approved the new reporting date of 31 March to allow more testimony and evidence review.

The committee has heard from senior officials and is expected to schedule further witnesses before finalising its report.
