Justice Department Says Millions of Epstein Files Still Under Review

The US Justice Department says more than two million documents related to Jeffrey Epstein remain in review, despite a legal deadline that required wider disclosure. The update was provided in a letter filed with a federal judge.

The department says about 12 000 documents totalling more than 125 000 pages have been released so far, and it identified more than one million additional potentially relevant documents on 24 December.
