News24 reports that Thabiso Mashatile is named in a bid linked to the Independent Development Trust oxygen plants project worth R836 million. The bid was submitted on behalf of Modipadi Nokaneng, according to the report.

The bidder reportedly advanced deep into the process but was disqualified at the final stage. The project was intended to supply pressure swing adsorption oxygen plants to 60 hospitals.
