Red Notice Fugitive Flown Back to China

A Chinese national wanted on an Interpol Red Notice was extradited from Johannesburg to China on Friday, SAPS said. Police allege a fraud exceeding R120 million.
The suspect had been hiding in Johannesburg and was flown out on Friday. SAPS says 18 more Chinese fugitives are believed to be in South Africa, and investigations continue with Interpol assistance.
