Ukraine’s key European partners reaffirmed military and financial support to the country on Monday as President Volodymyr Zelensky outlined a new 20-point peace plan that rejects any territorial concessions. Leaders from the United Kingdom, France, and Germany also signalled tougher sanctions and stronger long-term security guarantees for Kyiv.

Zelensky confirmed that anti Ukrainian provisions had been removed from an earlier United States draft and said Kyiv would present its own framework to Washington. He stressed there was “no compromise yet” on land, insisting Ukraine “has no right to give up its territories” as talks over a potential settlement continue.
