Curro says the Jannie Mouton Stigting’s proposed R7.2bn buyout is now unconditional after all suspensive conditions were fulfilled or waived, where permitted, in a SENS update on Monday.

Curro said it will implement the scheme once the Takeover Regulation Panel issues its compliance certificate, then publish a finalisation announcement setting out the remaining dates for delisting.
