The Kremlin on Monday denied a Reuters report citing US intelligence that President Vladimir Putin aims to take all of Ukraine and reclaim parts of Europe and former Soviet republics. Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the conclusions were "absolutely not true".

Reuters said the assessment clashes with US peace efforts, while Moscow continues to frame NATO expansion as a security threat.
