A Turkish Air Force C-130 crashed in Georgia’s Sighnaghi area yesterday after departing Ganja in Azerbaijan, with all 20 personnel reported dead. The aircraft lost contact soon after entering Georgian airspace and did not issue a distress call. Investigations are underway by Turkish and Georgian authorities.

Regional leaders offered condolences as rescue teams searched farmland strewn with debris. Eyewitness video showed widespread wreckage while officials cautioned that the cause remains unknown.
